I don’t remember the last time I had a hot dog from here. I wanted to come back but I didn’t necessarily have a taste for a hot dog. I did order a hot dog though because who comes to a hot dog place and doesn’t get a hot dog? The place didn’t seem really busy but there a few tables occupied. I ordered a jumbo dog. I put pickles, onions, tomatoes, mustard, and relish. Maybe relish and pickles is redundant but that’s what I wanted. I made it a combo so I got potato salad and a coke. The order was to go and it was ready within minutes of me sitting down. I got home and was ready to eat my lunch. The potato salad was a white potato salad and it didn’t disappoint. I’m not very particular about my potato salad as some people but this one was really good. The hot dog was delicious. The frank was flavorful and all my toppings were just what it needed to put it over the top. I wish I knew what brand frank it was. I definitely would recommend Al’s as the number one place for hotdogs.

I highly recommend fresh not frozen. Affordable family owned and operated. Customer service is that if Publix. All around affordable fresh customer service is my main focus. I’m a loyal customer , the snow cone was really great it’s so hot this was the perfect place to come . Oh and all for under 10.00 dollars…

Al's has been a must-have every time I'm in Mobile because everything I've had is delicious. Be sure to try the hot dog dressed all the way and the potato salad is the best I've ever had. Today, I tried the crawfish etoufee and it was flavorful with just the right spice.

I had the classic burger no cheese and a Coke today from here. It was my first time eating here...very old school but that's the kind of place this world needs these days and it was absolutely delicious 😋. I will be returning thanks Al

They're so nice straight off the bat, and no matter how busy they are my food is ready almost immediately after I order. To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of hotdogs, but Al's is the only place I'll happily order one. Not to mention I dont feel sick afterwards unlike most other restaurants/diners I go too. They're so kind and while it's a small diner it should not be overlooked!!
